I been thinking a lot lately.. about to give up handball for the summer and go gym full time on weekends and after work but i might just play handball at the weekend but i want to go to the gym like 7 times a week lol. i been over exercising myself lately..but i been getting in shape now. i been cuting out fatty food and suger stuff like candy and shiet, so mostly i been eating at home and drinking water or saltz water<3 SHIET IS GOOD don't know why ppl hating on it lmfao. So i been taking my workout serious because i want to get skinner or more build. but lately my arms and chest are getting bigger because i mostly work out on those main parts. i havent been swiming but iam start tomr. Soooo far my chest and arms are getting build and i had been working on abs and it starting to show but theres alot more work i need to do. MY upper half of the build is getting stronger but the bottom half is mad weak and skinny so iam try work out on the whole body everytime i go to the gym after work maybe spend lke 2-4 hours in the gym doing non stop working out ^_^
